Do You Need Special Equipment/Gear?
Please wear whatever you are comfortable working out in. Equipment and gear will be explained when you come to the gym.

Things To Remember
If you are going to start boxing, we recommend coming everyday (Monday through Friday) to get the most of out the sport. Remember that we are a non-profit boxing club and every donation counts.
